Chocolate Tahini Porridge

 

Ingredients:

1/3 cup steel cut oats (soaked overnight)

3/4 cup grated zucchini

1/2 ripe banana (mashed)

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp tahini

1/2 cup water

Pinch of black pepper

Toppings:

Walnuts

Berries

Instructions:

Place the oats in a pot on medium heat with water and let it come to a boil. Let it simmer until itโ€™s fully cooked, add ground flaxseeds and remove from the heat. Add the zucchini, banana, tahini, cacao powder, black pepper and turmeric. Mix well and add toppings to serve.
