Chocolate Tahini Porridge



1/3 cup steel cut oats (soaked overnight)

3/4 cup grated zucchini

1/2 ripe banana (mashed)

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp tahini

1/2 cup water

Pinch of black pepper





Place the oats in a pot on medium heat with water and let it come to a boil. Let it simmer until it’s fully cooked, add ground flaxseeds and remove from the heat. Add the zucchini, banana, tahini, cacao powder, black pepper and turmeric. Mix well and add toppings to serve.
