Avena de chocolate con tahini



1/3 taza de avena steel cut (remojada la noche anterior)

3/4 taza de calabacita rallada

1/2 plátano maduro (machacado)

1/2 tsp cúrcuma

1 cda de linaza molida

1 cda de cacao en polvo

1 cda de tahini

1/2 taza de agua

Pizca de pimienta negra


Nuez de Castilla picada

Frutos rojos


Poner la avena en una olla con el agua y hervir. Después bajar a fuego lento hasta que esté completamente cocida, añadir linaza y retirar del fuego. Añadir la calabacita, plátano, tahini, cacao, cúrcuma y pimienta. Mezclar bien y agregar toppings para servir.
